ADI Leak Detection is not an insurer, a loss adjuster, a claims firm or a solicitor. Nothing on this site states that you are covered or that a claim will be paid.

• Whether your policy pays is for your insurer to decide.
• What your lease or tenancy permits is set out in that document.
• For a decision about your own case, ask your insurer, your managing agent or landlord, or a qualified adviser.

• A quoted Ombudsman decision shows how one case was decided. Each turned on its own policy and facts, and none predicts the outcome of another.
• Quoted guidance shows what a public body says in general.
• Quotations were checked against their sources on the date shown beside them. Those sources can change afterwards, so follow the link and read the current page before you rely on it.

A booking is a separate matter with its own terms. Those terms are published on ADI's own website and apply to any visit.
